For Flowers Gift Baskets, we make every effort to ensure that flowers we feature on our pages are in season and available, but sometimes  particular flowers (e.g. tropical varieties) may not be available at any time. Bofacets.com reserves the right to substitute flowers of like color, appearance, and value.

Because of the popularity of some floral or seasonal items arrangements, Bofacets.com must also reserve the right to substitute pictured vases, containers, or other decorative items with other same kind products of equal value.
